Produced a month-long, drive-in movie series as a fundraiser for the THS Musicals program. The high school was months into their production of Bye Bye Birdie when the production was canceled the week before opening due to COVID-19. This left the program with a deficit of tens of thousands of dollars. In an effort to make up the losses, over $10,000 was raised for the program with community sponsorships and ticket sales from the series. 

Responsible for coordinating the logistics of the event, including obtaining the rights to all four movies, acquiring town and police support for all four nights, organizing a full community sponsorship package that raised almost $8,000 alone, setting up a ticket sales platform through Eventbrite, maintaining a full paid advertisement campaign through Facebook, and managing the set-up and break-down of each movie night.
